This is brilliant. Considering the latest development on our roads on the western bypass around Windhoek. Planning a protest to block off the road because of the obstructing speed humps is like adding fuel to a fire to put it out. Stay safe, stay aware of your surroundings and avoid being in an accident. The ultra intelligence in our government is stealing so much time and money that i can only make one suggestion. Don’t add to their pockets and don’t remove anything from your own.
